THE COURSE

The ACRE® program is offered in a two course series:

ACRE001a: BUSINESS PRACTICE

Introduces the student to developing a business strategy as well as setting rates and fees. A workbook is included to assist the student in the development of these important business tools.

ACRE001b: CONSULTING PRACTICE

Teaches the basic philosophy of the real estate consulting practice. A coursebook is included to guide the student through the core principles of the consulting mindset.

Both courses will be available to you when you enroll.

The COACHING

While the Accredited Consultant in Real Estate® course is helpful in learning the basic consulting concepts, the Graduate Exchange Training Center is where you will put these concepts into practice. One full year of access to the Exchange is included. The Exchange is exclusively for ACRE® graduates.

Built on Web 2.0 technology, the Exchange has proved to be an incredible learning and networking tool for our graduates. On the Exchange, you can not only tap into the ideas and knowledge of your coaches, but also an ever-growing population of your fellow ACRE®'s across all of North America including Puerto Rico.

Participation in the Exchange also provides graduates access to the ever growing set of marketing tools we have created to educate the public on the value and benefit of working with an ACRE® through website links, books, marketing and business literature. In addition, we provide print-ready logos to use on stationery, business cards, and websites.

The CATCH?

ABSOLUTELY NONE ... We are about changing the the way the real estate industry works. We believe agents should always get paid for the work they do for clients. Changing the antiquated business models means educating agents, consumers, brokers, lenders and the real estate associations. It won't come easy but as we become a larger voice, we CAN cause a revolution.
